Novus Innovation Enterprises Corp.
Five ways we work. Each is scoped and priced up front, led by Glen, and delivered remotely with specialists as needed.
For: executive sponsors of a stalled or failed ERP, CRM, dispatch, permitting or other major program.
What you get: a 30-day independent review of what went wrong, a reset plan, redesigned governance and a re-procurement strategy if needed, followed by optional executive oversight while the program gets back on track.
For: boards, councils and executive sponsors of a major program that's underway.
What you get: Glen reports to the sponsor or steering committee, not to the project team or the vendor: periodic health checks, review of key deliverables, and a candid view of risks and readiness. Typically a few days a month for the life of the program.
For: CAOs, CFOs and CEOs who need to know where technology stands and what to do next.
What you get: a maturity assessment, current-state findings, and a three-year roadmap with budget and staffing, summarized for council or the board. Typically 8–10 weeks.
For: public bodies, non-profits and smaller organizations.
What you get: a practical check against the Canadian Centre for Cyber Security baseline controls, readiness for Manitoba's new public-sector AI and cybersecurity act, and incident-plan gaps, with a board- or council-ready report and a 12-month action list. For municipalities, it also covers 9-1-1 continuity and the location-data obligations in the NG9-1-1 agreement, and neighbouring municipalities can share a regional review and its cost.
For: CEOs and CAOs without a senior IT leader, or with a new one.
What you get: a part-time senior IT leader: monthly strategic counsel, a seat at your steering committee, IT governance and vendor oversight, and coaching for your IT lead. A set number of hours each month, 6–12 months. Also available as a board or advisory council role, for organizations that want technology and risk expertise at the governance table.
